训练内容
教育部大学英语教学目标是“培养学生的英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力，使他们在今后学习、工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行交流，同时增强其自主学习能力，提高综合文化素养，以适应我国社会发展和国际交流的需要。”
1.
口语表达部分
一般要求：
口语表达能力：《大学英语课程教学要求》规定学生“能在学习过程中用英语进行交流，并能就某一主题进行讨论，能就日常话题用英语进行交谈，能经准备后就所熟悉的话题作简短的发言。表达比较清楚，语音语调基本正确。”
要求：会用英语作自我介绍、发邀请、请求对方允许、提供帮助和请求别人帮助、打电话、问路、提出建议、表达自己的态度、表示同意/不同意
听力理解能力：能听懂英语授课，能听懂日常英语谈话和一般性题材的讲座，能听懂语速较慢（130-150词/分钟）的英语广播和电视节目，能掌握其中心大意，抓住要点。

要求：阅读速度70词/分钟，快速阅读100词/分钟，学生应掌握略读（skimming）和扫读/寻读（scanning）技能，略读即快速阅读并领会篇章段落主旨，扫读/寻读即在给定篇章中快速寻找特定信息的能力。

1）《大学英语课程教学要求》对写作的一般要求如下：
能完成一般性写作任务，能描述个人经历、观感、情感、和发生的事件等，能写常见的应用文，能在半小时内就一般性话题或提纲写出不少于120词的短文，内容基本完整，中心思想明确，用词恰当，语意连贯。

表格类，如注册表、申请表、问卷调查表等。
邀请信、便条、短信、通知等。
个人广告、社团海报、个人简历等。
简要描述个人经历、发生的事件、读过的故事、观看的影片、喜怒哀乐等情感。

①邀请信
邀请信是写信人对收信人的一种盛情邀约，一般分为正式的和非正式的两种。格式与其他信函相同。具体写作步骤：
首段：说明与收信人的相关性与写作意图。
主体段落：具体交代情景：包括受邀请的人、邀请朋友要干什么、地点以及具体的时间等内容。并且强调为什么邀请收信人而不是别的朋友。
结尾段：表示期待朋友的回复。

Can money buy happiness? Various people have various answers. Some
people think that money is the source of happiness. With money, one

likes. So, in their minds, money can bring comfort, security, and so
on. Money, as they think, is the source of happiness.
But there are still a lot of others who think that money is the root
of all evil. Money drives people to steal, to rob, and to break the
law. A lot of people became criminals just because they were in
search of money. And in the Western countries, there is nothing that
can’t be bought by money. Many people lose their own lives when
hunting it.
I think that money is essential to life and we cannot do without
money. But even though money is necessary to life, it can’t buy
happiness. Happiness is not something that can be measured by money.
It is a state of mind. One can have plenty of money, with which he
can buy whatever he wants, and at the same time he is not happy
because he is never satisfied or he is troubled by various kinds of
problems. Therefore, although money is necessary for a happy life,
it can’t buy happiness.
